Ah, memory lane.

I don't know about you, but growing up as a kid, I enjoyed books like 'Where the Wild Things Are,' 'Pat the Bunny,' 'One Fish, Two Fish,' 'Goodnight Moon,' and 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar.' Somehow I missed out on these:

Thanks a lot, Mom.

r&r

just what the doctor ordered: a girls getaway for the weekend to sunny st. george. sleeping in (ha. we wish--not with a 4 year old tornado and a 9 month old squawker), good food, relaxing, shopping, swimming, pedicures, and hanging out with no men and no distractions. this should be a monthly occurrence!

get me outta here!

lovin' the big tub

i have no words.

first time swimming

the four of us

love me those thighs

in the dreaded car seat

stinking new historicism homework.

i'm 'sooooooo big'

grooming chris' beard
(matt and his friends were biking down in st. george and
stopped by out hotel. chris was a good sport; genet hasn't stopped
talking about chris and how cute he is)

happy birthday baby.

i guess a "good" wife would've done a post before her husband's birthday...oops. i figure i'm safe, though, because we're having a three day celebration to ring in the big 2-7.

sunday night was a little family par-tay with cake, ice-cream, and a friendly game of wii. monday, his actual birthday, i had to work all day...so we just went out to dinner in park city. love that baja cantina. today we're heading down to orem to go to demai (japanese food). yummy...?!

regardless, i hope your b-day was great. you deserve it. love you.

the big 27

a little birthday facial.
(don't be mad, matt. all husbands secretly let their wives
put a little mud mask on them, right?!)

the loot. biking stuff, of course.

summer, please hurry

amidst the blizzard i drove home in, the only thing making me smile was this:

To whoever stole my mountain bike-

I hope you like it. I did put a few scratches on it, but nothing major. I hope it is running nice and smooth, sorry I didn't get a chance to tune it up for you before you took it from me. I don't think the suspension is properly tuned to your weight and riding style either, but if you want to swing it by my place I would gladly adjust it for you and you can be on your way. Sorry that the rear tire is a little bit worn down. But since you saved all this money by stealing a bike instead of buying one you should be able to afford a new set of tires. Best of luck.
